The ๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ฆ took part in the panel on climate finance and innovation, organized by the World Bank and the Ministry of the Environment and Ecological Transition , on the sidelines of the Climate and Development Days โ Senegal 2025, on October 27 and 28 at CICAD.
Mme Fama DIOP NDIAYEDirector of Sector Investments, spoke about the ๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ฆ's approaches to mobilizing private capital in transition sectors - energy, water, agriculture - and the integration of ESG criteria through the Environmental, Social and Governance Management System (SGES).
The discussions also provided an opportunity to present the instruments put in place to support sustainable financing, including the Infrastructure Fund (FPI), the ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ & ๐๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ (REEF) and private equity funds dedicated to SMEs and projects with a strong social and environmental impact.
