He shared the experience of FONSIS in structuring and implementing successfulPPPs, highlighting:

• The key role of FONSIS in maturing projects, facilitating the involvement of the private sector and financial partners in strategic projects.
• FONSIS as an alternative financing lever, attracting private capital through co-investment with technical and financial partners.
• FONSIS' expertise in PPPs, with projects such as solar power plants and hospitals, and a focus on the challenges of operating and maintaining strategic infrastructure.

The discussions helped to refine the investment dynamics and identify new opportunities for collaboration between the State of Senegal and the French and Senegalese private sectors.
