The 𝗙𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦 took part in the panel on climate finance and innovation, organized by the World Bank and the Ministry of the Environment and Ecological Transition , on the sidelines of the Climate and Development Days – Senegal 2025, on October 27 and 28 at CICAD.
Mme Fama DIOP NDIAYEDirector of Sector Investments, spoke about the 𝗙𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦's approaches to mobilizing private capital in transition sectors - energy, water, agriculture - and the integration of ESG criteria through the Environmental, Social and Governance Management System (SGES).
The discussions also provided an opportunity to present the instruments put in place to support sustainable financing, including the Infrastructure Fund (FPI), the 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 & 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 (REEF) and private equity funds dedicated to SMEs and projects with a strong social and environmental impact.
